Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note we will only return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You will be notified via e-mail at every step during our returns procedure including notification of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
Unfortunately at the moment we only ship to addresses in the UK.

Order before 3pm for Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or outside our working hours will be processed the next available business day for immediate dispatch. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday durind standard business hours, execpt on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
