If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.

To be acceptable for return items should be unused and have any original seals intact. 

All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.

Returns Procedure:

  • Please log into your account from the ‘Account’ drop down at the top of the home page and go to your orders. Click the ‘Return Items’ link to the right of your order.
  • Once you are on the returns page please select how many items you are returning at the end of each product line, select your reason for returning the item from the drop-down menu below and also what action you would like us to proceed with eg. Refund, exchange or store credit. Please also provide any other comments that you think will help us with your return in the comment box and then submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email to say that your return request has been submitted.
  • Once your request has been authorised you will receive an email explaining how to send the product back to us, please note delivery charges will not be refunded unless the item is a warranty claim or we have sent the wrong item to you.
  • Your package should contain the Order Reference Number from your original Dispatch Note as well as the Returns Authorisation Number sent to you in an email.
  • Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition.
  • Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.
  • Request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the return parcel go missing. (Please note: FIVE GLOVES UK will not be liable for lost returns.)

Please allow up to 5 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays), for action of your return. Once your return has been approved you will be issued with a refund/store credit or replacement as requested. You should expect to receive your refund within 9 to 14 days of us receiving and processing your return, this is the time it takes our provider to process the transaction. If we are unable to offer you a return we will contact you.

Please note: Race FX Ltd (trading as Five Gloves UK) will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.
